Esta invenção fornece uma proteína de fusão entre uma proteína agonista seletiva de IL2aß¿ (Agonista Seletivo de IL2) e uma proteína Fc de IgG usando um ligante. A porção Agonista Seletiva de IL2 fornece uma atividade terapêutica ativando seletivamente a forma de IL2aß¿ do receptor, assim, estimulando seletivamente Tregs. A porção Fc fornece uma meia vida circulante prolongada em comparação com a meia vida circulante de IL-2 ou uma proteína IL2SA.
