Abstract
São fornecidos anticorpos monoclonais humanizados, de camundongo ou quiméricos anti-CD47. Os anticorpos ligam-se a CD47 glicosilado e desglicosilado humano com um valor de Koff otimizado, rompem a interação CD47-SIRP¿ e encontram o uso em vários métodos terapêuticos, preventivos ou diagnósticos. A invenção inclui anticorpos isolados e derivados e seus fragmentos, formulações farmacêuticas compreendendo um ou mais dos anticorpos monoclonais anti-CD47 humanizados ou quiméricos; e linhas celulares que produzem estes anticorpos monoclonais. Também são fornecidas sequências de aminoácidos e nucleotídeos dos anticorpos.
