Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição que compreende uma mistura de um polímero de biguanida polimérica e um sal de alquil- e/ou dialquil oxietileno metil amônio para uso como um medicamento, em particular, para uso no tratamento, na prevenção ou na melhora de uma doença fúngica, tal como aspergilose. A presente invenção provê um método para tratamento, prevenção e/ou melhora de uma afecção médica que compreende administrar a composição da presente invenção a um ser humano ou a um animal que necessite da mesma. Um dispositivo mecânico, que compreende a dita composição, é também provido.
