Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um composto de Fórmula (I) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, onde: Q pode ser 1,2,4-triazin-3-ila, piridazin-3-ila, 6-metilpiridazin-3-ila ou 6-fluoropiridazin-3-ila; R1 pode ser hidrogênio, metóxi, trifluorometóxi, oxetan-3-ila, 3-fluoroazetidin-1-ila, 3-metoxiazetidin-1-ila, ou 3,3-difluoroazetidin-1-ila; R2 pode ser hidrogênio ou flúor; R3 pode ser hidrogênio ou metóxi; e R4 pode ser metóxi, etóxi, ou metoximetila; desde que quando R1 for hidrogênio, metóxi ou trifluorometóxi, então R3 não seja hidrogênio e/ou R4 seja metoximetila. O composto de fórmula (I) pode inibir a glutaminase, por exemplo, a GLS1.
