Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas e métodos para preparo de enxertos ósseos sintéticos osteoindutores em que um grânulo cerâmico poroso, que pode ser incorporado em um material de matriz biocompatível, é carregado com um agente osteoindutor. O carregamento de grânulos é facilitado em alguns casos pelo uso de tampões e pré-tratamentos de baixo pH.
