Abstract
Os antioxidantes reativos, pré-polímeros contendo antioxidantes, composições contendo antioxidantes reativos e pré-polímeros contendo antioxidantes, métodos para sintetizar os antioxidantes reativos e pré-polímeros contendo antioxidantes reativos e o uso dos antioxidantes reativos e pré-polímeros contendo antioxidantes em aplicações de vedantes em aeronaves são descritos. Os antioxidantes reativos e os pré-polímeros contendo antioxidantes podem ser adicionados em uma composição curável e reagem com um agente de cura para tornar-se incorporado dentro da rede de polímero curado. Os pré-polímeros contendo antioxidante tem antioxidantes incorporados dentro da cadeia principal dos pré-polímeros. As composições vedantes curadas compreendendo antioxidantes reativos e pré-polímeros contendo antioxidantes apresentam resistência térmica melhorada.
