Abstract
SUPRESSOR CONTENDO NANOMATERIAL CONJUGADO POR POLÍMERO SOLÚVEL EM ÁGUA E USO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um supressor contendo nanomaterial conjugado por polímero solúvel em água e a um uso do mesmo. O supressor contendo nanomaterial conjugado por polímero solúvel em água suprime efetivamente a fluorescência de uma sonda conjugada por material fluorescente. Além disso, uma composição incluindo o supressor e uma sonda conjugada por material fluorescente pode detectar um material alvo existente em uma concentração baixa, e, logo, pode ser favoravelmente usado como uma composição ou kit para fornecer informações necessárias para a detecção de um biomaterial ou diagnóstico de uma doença.
