Abstract
É fornecido um método para gerir os recursos de rede, alternando a fatia ou segmento usados para apoiar um equipamento de utilizador (UE), em um processo referido como transferência de fatia ou segmento ou de comutação de fatia ou segmento. Existem várias razões pelas quais uma transferência de fatia ou segmento pode ser implementada, incluem o movimento do UE e da rede de balanceamento de carga. Além disso, o UE pode ser mudado para uma nova fatia ou segmento operado pelo mesmo prestador de serviço (transferência intra-operador) ou um diferente provedor de serviços (transferência inter-operador).
