A presente invenção refere-se adicionalmente a uma composição compreendendo Arabinoxilano de Baixo Peso Molecular (LMW-AX) com oligossacarídeos, onde uma fração das unidades Araf foram removidas para melhorar o rendimento de oligossacarídeos.
