Abstract
São aqui divulgados sistemas e métodos que proporcionam maior capacidade de carga de biorreactores usando polímeros de sílica. É divulgado um método que inclui fornecer nutrientes e polímeros de sílica contendo microorganismos a um biorreator para formar uma primeira suspensão e controlar condições de temperatura, pressão e nutrientes no biorreator para produzir uma segunda suspensão com capacidade de carga aumentada em comparação com um microorganismo contendobiorreator de controle sem os polímeros de sílica.
