Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição que inclui (a) um pré-polímero tendo pelo menos um grupo isocianato livre que é capaz de ligar-se ao tecido e que cura in vivo sob exposição à água para formar um polímero tendo um módulo compressivo entre 1,9 e 14,4 MPa e um módulo de eslasticidade entre 5,0 e 30, e (b) um óleo que é miscível no pré-polímero, o óleo sendo selecionado do grupo que consiste em óleos de silicone, óleo mineral, óleos vegetais, e combinações dos mesmos. A composição mantém sua integridade quando liberada em um meio aquoso.
