A invenção sujeita ao pedido está relacionada à provisão de novas funções aos circuitos respiratórios de lúmen duplo e aos circuitos respiratórios coaxiais que, atualmente, não compreendem coletores de umidade, mediante a adição de um coletor de umidade em sistema fechado projetado para ter a forma de um tinteiro e de uma porta de medição de pressão pulmonar aos ditos circuitos, sendo que o fluido coletado na seção de frasco pode ser descarregado sem precisar abrir o frasco por meio de uma porta Luer de drenagem localizada na base do frasco e de um aparelho em agulhas que foi inserido na porta, e um injetor.
