Abstract

Uma composição esporicida que possui um pH moderadamente baixo e que inclui uma glicosidase e o produto de dissociação de pelo menos um agente oxidante inorgânico. As altas concentrações efetivas de soluto podem aumentar a eficácia da composição. A composição pode ser aplicada a uma superfície e é permitida a absorção para dentro de um endoesporos, acabando por matar pelo menos algumas dessas bactérias em forma de endoesporo maduro. As superfícies a serem tratadas incluem superfícies inanimadas (duras) através de limpeza e dispositivos médicos, tais como endoscópios, tipicamente através de imersão.
