Abstract
A presente descrição refere-se a anticorpos que se ligam ao ligante 1 de morte celular programada humana 1 (PD-L1), útil para o tratamento de tumores sólidos e hematológicos sozinhos e em combinação com a quimioterapia e outras terapêuticas para o câncer. Os ditos anticorpos possuem sequências específicas de cadeia variável. De acordo com os resultados experimentais, eles demonstram taxas de associação superiores que se traduzem em melhor atividade in vivo e resposta de célula T às células de tumor.
