Abstract
São descritos métodos, sistemas e dispositivos para comunicação sem fio. Um dispositivo-fonte de uma rede de área local sem fio (WLAN) pode identificar um ou mais atributos de um primeiro enlace sem fio e de um segundo enlace sem fio entre o dispositivo-fonte e um dispositivo coletor da WLAN. Os um ou mais atributos podem ser comparados com uma política de conexão de dispositivo-fonte associada a um protocolo de transmissão contínua. O dispositivo-fonte pode determinar a possibilidade de estabelecer uma sessão de transmissão contínua com o dispositivo coletor através do primeiro enlace sem fio ou do segundo enlace sem fio com base, pelo menos em parte, na comparação.
