Abstract
Um mancal de encosto inclui um retentor de mancal incluindo um primeiro anel e um segundo anel radialmente espaçado a partir do primeiro anel, o primeiro anel e o segundo anel definindo uma passagem anular entre os mesmos, e pelo menos dois conjuntos de retenção de pista de rolamento se estendendo a partir de uma primeira superfície do segundo anel, cada conjunto de retenção de pista de rolamento definindo um canal de retenção no mesmo, e pelo menos duas pistas de rolamento circunferencialmente espaçadas no interior do retentor de mancal. As pistas de rolamento podem ser mantidas no interior do retentor de mancal via os conjuntos de pista de rolamento.
