Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um micro-organismo recombinante para produzir putrescina ou ornitina, e um método para produzir putrescina ou ornitina usando os mesmos. Especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a um micro-organismo do gênero Corynebacterium capaz de produzir putrescina ou ornitina, em que uma atividade do regulador transcricional de metabolismo de açúcar (SugR) é enfraquecida, uma atividade do citrato sintase (GltA) é melhorada, ou ambas são aplicadas; e um método para produzir putrescina ou ornitina usando o mesmo.
