Abstract
CONCENTRADO ALIMENTAR NA FORMA DE UMA PASTA, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM CONCENTRADO ALIMENTAR, USO DE UM CONCENTRADO ALIMENTAR E PROCESSO PARA PROVER UM PRODUTO ALIMENTAR PRONTO PARA CONSUMO. Um concentrado alimentar na forma de uma pasta é provido com grandes quantidades de amido não gelatinizado sem a necessidade de sorbitol, de modo que, após a diluição, obtém-se uma viscosidade suficiente no produto pronto para consumo.
