Abstract

ENSAIO DE MODULADOR. Demostrou-se que certos compostos se ligam ao TNF e estabilizam uma conformação de TNF trimérica que se liga ao receptor de TNF. Sendo assim, estes compostos podem ser utilizados como moduladores de TNF. Um novo ensaio para a identificação de compostos com este mecanismo de ação é também divulgado.
