O artigo do vestuário descartável (10) tem uma folha estirada (50) disposta em uma superfície voltada para a pele ao longo de uma região extrema interna (13A) de uma região de cintura frontal (13). A folha estirada (50) se estende entre ambas bordas laterais (13c, 13d) da região de cintura frontal (13) na direção lateral (X) através da estrutura absorvente à líquido (22).
