Abstract
A presente invenção é dirigida a um processo para remover contaminantes de metal a partir de óleo de glicerídeo e um processo de refinação incorporando o mesmo. Em particular, a presente invenção é dirigida a um processo em que certos líquidos iônicos básicos são usados para tratar óleo de glicerídeo. A presente invenção também se refere a usos do líquido iônico básico e a composições de óleo de glicerídeo obtidas a partir do tratamento de líquido iônico.
