Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição cosmética compreendendo um agente antipoluição, selecionado do grupo consistindo em E/Z-2-benzilindeno-5,6-dimetóxi-3,3-dimetilindan-1-ona, sclareolide, suco pressionado de Echinacea, extrato de raiz de gengibre extraído por CO2 ou suas misturas, em uma quantidade suficiente para(a) reduzir ou prevenir a expressão do gene induzida pela poluição do ar, e/ou(b) reduzir ou prevenir uma expressão gênica induzida ou induzível por hidrocarbonetos aromáticos policíclicos, e/ou (c) reduzir ou prevenir os danos na pele induzidos pela poluição do ar ou induzíveis pela poluição do ar.
