Abstract

Um dispositivo para proteger o períneo e uma bolsa de extração. Esse dispositivo possui uma ferradura perineal e uma forquilha perineal opcional. A ferradura perineal é uma peça ?em forma de U? com base larga. O lado oposto à base larga define uma superfície curva. A bolsa é uma manga dobrada sobre si mesma, produzindo dois tubos concêntricos. Esses tubos formaram um par de alças de tração. A ferradura perineal possui pelo menos um trilho de guia e um dos tubos, internos ou externos, tem uma guia que funciona em coordenação com o trilho de guia supracitado. A forquilha perineal consiste em um eixo central de suporte, uma alça, uma aba e dois braços articulados ligados ao eixo central. A manga pode ter um par de alças de tração adicionais em sua extremidade distal.
