Abstract
Um método de homogeneização de múltiplos estágios para degomar óleo triglicerídeo é usado para aumentar o rendimento do óleo e reduzir impurezas. Dois homogeneizadores de alta pressão são usados em série. Os homogeneizadores têm múltiplos estrangulamentos de fluxo para finamente dispersar reagentes no óleo, simultaneamente suprimindo a cavitação no fluido. Uma etapa de separação pode ser usada para remover os fosfatídeos e outras impurezas do óleo tratado para formar um produto de óleo purificado.
