Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um método que inclui por em contato um amostra de células ou de tecido com um reagente que inclua um agente (ou agentes) de redução de evaporação que tenha a fórmula da Fórmula Geral I: X1?R?X2-, em que R é uma porção de alquila, alquenila, alquinila, ou aromática de 1 ou mais átomos de carbono que podem ser substituídas com um átomo de oxigênio, nitrogênio ou enxofre, e X1 e X2 são selecionados independentemente para serem uma porção que seja suscetível à ligação com hidrogênio e processando a amostra de tecido ou celular. Um reagente usado no processamento de uma amostra de tecido ou celular com o reagente que contém um agente de redução de evaporação.
