Abstract
Um dispositivo de administração de medicamento tem uma seringa, um invólucro, um protetor de agulha, um elemento de inclinação e um ou mais elementos de bloqueio. O protetor de agulha é inclinado axialmente para a frente pelo elemento de inclinação de modo a cobrir seletivamente uma agulha da seringa. No entanto, o elemento de inclinação é impedido de inclinar o protetor de agulha axialmente para a frente até ocorrer um movimento radial dos elementos de bloqueio, que é precipitado por um movimento axial para a frente da seringa. Consequentemente, o movimento para a frente da seringa libera o protetor de agulha para proteger automaticamente o dispositivo.
