Abstract
Essa invenção se refere, de modo geral, as partículas de microgel PEGuiladas, reticuladas, deformáveis e intumescíveis em água porém insolúveis em água e as macromoléculas com base em proteína que são pseudoplásticas (desbaste de cisalhamento) e fluem no meio aquoso sob cisalhamento e que podem ser injetadas ou tornadas fluidas, em que as partículas de microgel podem ser reformadas em um grupo de partículas de microgel quando o cisalhamento é removido. As partículas de microgel funcionam como uma matriz para sustentar o crescimento da célula, viabilidade e proliferação.
