Abstract
A presente invenção descreve anticorpos e anticorpos de bloqueio do receptor alfa da IL-4 canina que têm sequências específicas e uma elevada afinidade de ligação para o receptor a da IL-4 canina. A presente invenção também descreve o uso dos anticorpos da presente invenção no tratamento de dermatite atópica em cães. A presente invenção descreve adicionalmente epítopos específicos que se ligam aos anticorpos do receptor alfa da IL-4 canina.
