Abstract
Trata-se de um dispositivo de teste modular que inclui uma unidade-basee uma unidade de expansão que se comunica com a unidade-base. A unidadede expansão inclui um alojamento, um receptáculo no qual um retentor deamostra que contém uma mistura de amostra biológica e reagente pode sercolocado e um conjunto óptico posicionado no alojamento. O conjunto óptico éconfigurado para amplificar e detectar um sinal da mistura de amostra biológicae reagente. Os dados que são coletados no conjunto óptico são comunicados àunidade-base.
