Abstract
NOVA COR PARA BEBIDAS. A presente invenção se refere a bebidas compreendendo uma forma de rodoxantina moÃda com um tamanho médio de partÃcula D(v, 0, 5) da rodoxantina moÃda na forma na faixa de 400 a 600 nm, mais de preferência na faixa de 500 nm a 600 cm, em que a média do tamanho das partÃculas é medida por difração a laser; Malvern Mastersizer 3000, distribuição de volume por MIE. A presente invenção também se refere à tal forma de rodoxantina moÃda, soa fabricação e seu uso para colorir bebidas.
