Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se ao roneparstat para uso em uma terapia combinada para o tratamento de mieloma múltiplo. Em particular, constatou-se inesperadamente que o uso combinado de roneparstat com um inibidor de proteassoma, em particular, selecionado entre bortezomibe e carfilzomib ou com melfalano melhorou a eficácia na diminuição da carga tumoral geral, especialmente que exibe sinergismo, com relação à administração de cada ingrediente ativo sozinho.
