Abstract
MATERIAL PARA EMBALAGEM COMPREENDENDO COMPOSIÇÃO ANTIMICROBIANA. São fornecidos materiais que combinam certas composições antimicrobianas com substratos para fornecer materiais adequados para a embalagem de produtos alimentares, como produtos de carne. Em um aspecto, a presente invenção proporciona um material adequado para embalagem que compreende (a) um substrato e (b) uma composição antimicrobiana compreendendo: (i) um agente antimicrobiano ativo e (ii) um carreador, em que a composição antimicrobiana tem uma viscosidade de pelo menos 50 centipoise a temperaturas entre 2°C e 12°C.
