Abstract

A presente descrição provê uma composição livre de ácido de enxofre orgânico contendo um composto de benzoxazina, composto fenólico e composto heterocíclico contendo nitrogênio. A composição livre de ácido de enxofre orgânico, na cura a temperaturas tão baixas como 130° - 140°C, torna os artigos curados livres de vazio tendo propriedades térmicas, químicas e mecânicas bem equilibradas. A composição livre de ácido de enxofre orgânico pode ser usada em uma variedade de aplicações, tais como em revestimentos, compósitos estruturais e não estruturais e sistemas de encapsulamento para componentes eletrônicos e elétricos.
