Mais particularmente, o conceito divulgado proporciona a capacidade de afinar ou controlar uma ou mais características da película dielétrica e condensadores formados a partir da mesma, selecionando e combinando blocos que exibam diferentes propriedades elétricas e/ou mecânicas.
