Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um método para purificar a a-trombina e quantificar a a-trombina e seus polipeptídeos de degradação em uma solução proteinácea líquida. O método emprega um método de cromatografia de troca aniônica de uma etapa. O método permite a purificação e/ou a quantificação de uma a-trombina modificada pós-traducionalmente homogênea. O método também pode ser usado para purificação e/ou quantificação da ß-trombina.
