Abstract
PACOTE DE OCT MINIATURIZADO E MONTAGEM DO MESMO.Trata-se de um pacote de chip que inclui um alojamento, uma ou mais conexões elétricas acopladas a um exterior do alojamento, um circuito integrado fotônico e uma unidade devarredura. Tanto o circuito integrado fotônico quanto a unidade de varredurasão dispostos dentro do alojamento. 0 circuito integrado fotônico tem pelo menos um guia de ondaprojetado para guiar um feixe de luz. A unidade de varredura é projetada para varrer lateralmente o feixe de luz através de um plano focal fora do alojamento. A unidade de varredura está alinhada com o circuito integrado fotônico, de modo que o feixe de luz seja acoplado entre o circuito integrado fotônico e a unidade de varredura.
