Trata-se de material plástico biocompatível e implantável no corpo humano plástico, para a obtenção de um dispositivo que pode ser implantado no corpo humano ou um dispositivo espaçador a fim de tratar um osso ou uma localização de articulação, que compreende uma resina acrílica ou polietileno (PE) ou polietileno de baixa densidade ou polietileno de alta densidade ou polietileno de peso molecular ultra alto (UHMWPE) ou polipropileno ou poliamida ou polieteretercetona (PEEK) ou uma resina termofixa ou uma mistura dos mesmos, em que o material pode ser moldado e compreende pelo menos uma substância farmacêutica ou médica; dispositivo implantável no corpo humano ou dispositivo espaçador para tratar um osso ou uma localização de articulação, obtido pelo material acima, e método para fabricar o material de acordo com a presente invenção.
