Abstract
A invenção refere-se a um lubrificante para alta temperatura compatível com alimentos, em particular um óleo para alta temperatura e uma massa lubrificante para alta temperatura, que compreende os seguintes componentes: a) pelo menos um óleo selecionado a partir de um éster de ácido trimelítico ou uma mistura de vários ésteres de ácido trimelítico, alquilaromatos, de preferência em naftaleno ou estolidos alifaticamente substituídos; b) um poliisobutileno hidrogenado ou completamente hidrogenado ou uma mistura de poliisobutilenos hidrogenados ou completamente hidrogenados; c) aditivos, individualmente ou em combinação. No caso do lubrificante para alta temperatura, um agente espessante é adicionado.
