Trata-se de métodos e kits de teste contemplados para sensibilidade alimentar que têm base em seleção de base racional de preparações alimentares com valor p discriminatório estabelecido. Os kits particularmente preferidos incluem aqueles com um número mínimo de preparações alimentares que têm um valor p discriminatório médio de = 0,07 conforme determinado por seu valor p bruto ou um valor p discriminatório médio de = 0,10 conforme determinado por valor p ajustado por multiplicidade de FDR. Em aspectos adicionalmente contemplados, composições e métodos para sensibilidade alimentar também são estratificados por gênero para aprimorar adicionalmente o valor de previsão.
