RESUMO?ESPALHAMENTO ATIVO DE MANTA E CHUVEIRO DE ESTABILIZAÇÃO?A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e sistemas para reduzir, evitar, ou eliminar rugas na folha de papel durante o processo de fabricação de papel. O sistema pode incluir um elemento de secagem configurado para secar a folha contínua de papel tendo a direção de percurso. O sistema pode também incluir pelo menos um rolo configurado para receber a folha seca contínua de papel. O sistema pode também incluir um dispositivo de espalhar por sistema de ar localizado à jusante do elemento de secagem e à montante do pelo menos um rolo. O pelo menos um rolo pode incluir um ou mais rolos de calandra. O dispositivo de espalhar por sistema de ar pode incluir uma pluralidade de bocais configurados para expelir um gás em direção da folha seca. Os bocais podem ser orientados em uma direção pelo menos parcialmente oposta à direção do percurso da folha seca.
