Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de produção de um polipeptídeo recombinante que contém duas cadeias, tal como uma proteína de receptor de células T monoclonal mobilizador imunológico contra o câncer (ImmTAC) incluindo uma cadeia alfa e uma cadeia beta. Em particular, são proporcionados métodos para a produção de proteínas secretoras heterólogas em bactérias através da utilização de vetores de expressão e processos de cultura otimizados.
