Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a compostos que modulam a enzima de oxidorreductase, indoleamina 2,3-dioxigenase, e composições contendo os compostos, são descritos aqui. O uso de tais compostos e composições para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de uma série diversa de doenças, distúrbios e condições, incluindo câncer e distúrbios imunorrelacionados, que são mediados por indoleamina 2,3-dioxigenase é também fornecido.
