São descritos métodos de recuperação de petróleo aumentada os quais usam as composições incluindo um tensoativo aniônico de alquil poliéter tendo a estrutura geral R1JA, em que R1 é um grupo radical primário ou secundário C8-C18, J é um segmento de poliéter em bloco alternativo, ou aleatório, em bloco, alternativo tendo a estrutura [(PO)x(EO)y(BO)z], em que x é de 4 a 18, y é de 0 a 20, e z é de 0 a 5, e A é um grupo aniônico; um cotensoativo tendo a estrutura geral (R2)q(B)Ph-L-Ph(D)(R3)r, em que R2 e R3 são cada um, independentemente em cada caso, um grupo de alquila primário ou secundário, linear ou ramificado C8-C24, B e D são grupos aniônicos, q é de 1 a 3, r é de 1 a 3, e L é O ou CH2; e um álcool alcóxi.
