Abstract
MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um método de preparação de uma composição na forma de uma emulsão de óleo em água, contendo uma primeira farinha e uma segunda farinha e/ou um terceiro amido, em que a primeira farinha compreende farinha obtida de semente de leguminosa, ou compreende farinha obtida de plantas de um ou mais dos gêneros Solanum e Manihot. A segunda farinha compreende farinha obtida de plantas do gênero Oryza, e o terceiro amido compreende amido de arroz ceroso.
