Abstract
INTERNALIZAÃÃO DE ANTICORPOS MONOCLONAIS HUMANOS QUE TÃM COMO ALVO CÃLULAS DE CÃNCER DE PRÃSTATA E OUTRAS CÃLULAS DE CÃNCER. Em várias modalidades, são proporcionados anticorpos anti-CD46 humanos que são internalizados e entram em células tumorais através da via da macropinocitose, bem como conjugados de anticorpo-fármaco (ADCs) desenvolvidos a partir destes anticorpos para ter como alvo o diagnóstico e/ou a terapia de tumores que sobre-expressam CD46.
