A presente invenção refere-se a um material e disposições, sistemas e métodos associados. Um material envolto por cabo para um cabo de um sistema de transmissão de eletricidade que compreende uma mistura de: um aditivo que contém carbono; areia; e cimento, em que o material compreende, em peso, aproximadamente 60 a 80% de aditivo que contém carbono, aproximadamente 5 a 10% de cimento e um restante de areia.
