Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e dispositivos para correção de hallus valgus e joanete de alfaiate (bunionete). Um implante inclui uma forma de encaixe de osso que em cada extremidade é conectada em uma porção intermediária. O implante é configurado para ser posicionado no lado dorsal dos metatarsos e estabiliza dois metatarsos adjacentes um em relação ao outro, o que diminui o ângulo intermetatarso. Dependendo da severidade ou deformidade, um único ou múltiplos implantes podem ser utilizados. Além disso, o implante pode ser utilizado como um dispositivo adjunto em combinação com outros procedimentos cirúrgicos.
