Abstract
INTEROPERABILIDADE/COEXISTÊNCIA DE ARQUITETURAS DE RAT DE WLAN/3GPP INTEGRADAS COM SOLUÇÕES DE INTEROPERABILIDADE DE WLAN/3GPP HERDADAS.Trata-se de uma arquitetura WLAN/WWAN integrada, em que a sinalização usada para controlar a integração da arquitetura de WLAN/WWAN é realizada através do plano de Controle de Recurso de Rádio ("RRC"). A arquitetura integrada pode fornecer uma estrutura controlada por rede para realizar direcionamento de tráfego e gerenciamento de recurso de rádio. Adicionalmente, de acordo com a revelação fornecida no presente documento, a arquitetura integrada pode interoperar com sistemas herdados (por exemplo, arquiteturas que não suportam a arquitetura de WLAN/WWAN integrada).
