Abstract
VARIANTES DE T7 RNA POLIMERASE COM FAIXA DE SUBSTRATO. EXPANDIDA E RENDIMENTO TRANSCRICIONAL OTIMIZADO. Trata-se de variantes de T7 RNA polimerase com atividade transcricional otimizada. As variantes de T7 RNA polimerase são conhecidas por terem a capaci- dade para incorporar ribonucleotÃdeos modificados em moléculas de RNA em formação. No entanto, essas variantes têm nÃveis relativamente baixos de atividade trans- cricional. São apresentadas no presente documento mutações que aumentam a atividade transcricional das variantes com ampla faixa de substrato.
