MÉTODOS DE PREVISÃO DA REAÇÃO DE PACIENTES QUE SOFREM DE DISTÚRBIO INFLAMATÓRIO, DE PREVISÃO DA CAPACIDADE DE REAÇÃO DE PACIENTES, DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE PACIENTES QUE SOFREM DE DISTÚRBIO INFLAMATÓRIO E DE SEU TRATAMENTO, USOS DE KIT E KITS.São fornecidos biomarcadores que preveem a capacidade de reação a antagonistas de integrina beta7, incluindo anticorpos de subunidade de antibeta7 integrina e métodos de uso desses biomarcadores. Além disso, são fornecidos métodos de tratamento de distúrbios inflamatórios gastrointestinais tais como doenças intestinais inflamatórias, incluindo colite ulcerativa e mal de Crohn. Também são fornecidos métodos de uso desses biomarcadores de previsão para o tratamento de doenças intestinais inflamatórias, incluindo colite ulcerativa e mal de Crohn.
